First, you can take a ferry from Male to Haggnaameedhoo island and from there take another ferry to Himandhoo. Haggnaameedhoo is close to Himandhoo.
The other way is to take a speedboat from Male to Rasdhoo and then take a ferry or speedboat to Himandhoo from Rasdhoo. You can also take a ferry to Rashdhoo from Male, but it could take you 3 to 4 hours to reach just Rasdhoo from Male in that case. Speedboats will, of course, cost more, but they take you to Rasdhoo within an hour.
Thankfully, the gracious hosts at Black Pearl also help guests travel to the island. Once you have booked your room, you should call the resort for help with the travel itinerary. The good news is that, at a separate price, Black Pearl offers airport shuttle service to all its guests. You just have to be at the airport and the good people from Black Pearl will come and pick you up. In that case, you can also fly to the Villa International Airport at Maamgili.
