Located within Ukulhas Island, West Sands lies 64 km from Velana International Airport, a four-hour journey via public ferry, a two and a half hour journey via a speedboat and a twenty-five minutes journey on a seaplane. Since public ferries are not operating due to COVID-19 rules, speedboats are your best bet. The transfer cost for ferry speedboat is USD 50 per adult, USD 25 per child (2-12 years), and free for infants. The transfer cost for a private speedboat is USD 600 per charter, and seaplane is USD 300 per adult.
